$4B Dallas Mixed-use Project Gets Go-ahead

Initial phase of construction expected to start late this year and cost $250 million

The Dallas City Plan Commission has given developer Scott Beck the ok to move forward with his $4 billion mixed-used development at Dallas Midtown. The initial phase of construction is expected to start by the end of the year and cost $250 million. Beck expects Dallas Midtown to take eight to 10 years to build.
